3. What do you feel was BEST about this workshop?

    . The sharing of ideas
    . Broaden understanding of gender (female) recruiting, training, and retention
       issues
    . The group activities and brainstorming activities
    . The way the material was presented, i.e. started with our inputs leading into
       case studies as groups
    . Instructor's discussions
    . Understanding some of the dynamics behind women issues in non-traditional
      trades
    . The active discussion with peers as well as analysis and experiences of presenter
    . There was excellent group activity and information exchange. The group was
      very receptive to open comments.
    . Interaction
    . Group activities - opportunities for discussion
    . Recruiting strategies
    . Video, Booklet, Facilitator
    . Sharing of information and experiences
    . The interaction/role play
    . The training/facilitator
    . Interactive, experiential exercises
    . The pace was very good. Practical examples

4. What do you feel would IMPROVE the workshop?

    . Have lunch together for networking
    . Less strategies, concentrate on main topics and have more interaction,
      workshop type activity
    . Developing a new video using the community colleges as the setting
    . Better organization
    . Make it a little longer for additional interaction
    . Ede was very thorough and provided excellent feedback
    . Carry your own computer (laptop). Run video through computer to projector.
    . Probably don't need quite so much time on cases
    . More information on what is involved before program starts
    . Have more of our staff and leaders attend
    . Someone checking equipment beforehand
    . Shorten the workshop by an hour or so
